I wanted to highlight the main point:
eat G.O.M.B.S. to fight diseases, emphasis on heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
G = greens
O = onions
M = mushrooms
B = beans and berries
S = seeds
Motivated by this, I had a kidney bean and cheddar wrap with lettuce for breakfast,
and a salad sandwich for lunch. Yeah!
